Hal comes to the Seavers door and jokes that he feel's like he's a woman trapped in a man's body. Jason tells Ellen Koosman that Dr. Miller is a Veterinarian so she won't tell him any personal medical problems. He wrote a book called "Sexual Dysfunctions of Middle Age". Hal tells Jason that he has decided to leave the Hospital and move to LA to do talk radio.He wants Jason to take over as his successor to be head of the whole psychiatry department at the Hospital. Jason says no because of the deal he has with Maggie to stay home and look after the kids while she is taking a shot at her career.
