Growing Pains: Return of the Seavers is the 2nd of 2 Growing Pains Movies.

Summary

All of the Seaver children have left the nest and have children of their own. But when Mike, Carol, and Chrissy have no place to go when Kate is at a spa, Scott is out on a campaign, and Chrissy claims to have gotten evicted, what's going to happen?

Jason and Maggie were originally going to sell the house to a childhood friend of Mike and Carol's named Richie Flanscopper. In reality, the realtor is Ben. Ben is dead set on selling this house, but the rest of the Seaver kids aren't so keen on the idea. Due to this, Mike and Carol (who's pregnant), take matters into their own hands and sabotage the house so their little brother can't sell it to Richie and his wife Fiona.

Mike's oldest Michelle is sad about her dad is going to Tokyo for a job promotion, while the rest of the kids haven't a thought about it.

Ben realizes that his siblings and parents really do not want to sell the house. He drives Mike's car through the garage door, and Fiona and Richie decide not to buy the house. All Seavers rejoice, except Carol who all of a sudden goes into labor.

Trivia 

• When Mike offers his old jacket to his teenage daughter, she says that it is no big deal because "it's not like Leonardo DiCaprio wore it". Leonardo DiCaprio did in fact wear Mike's jacket when he played Luke in season 7.
• Mike's cell phone has a musical ringtone, and once, when it rings at the Seaver house, Carol tells him, "You know, that's really annoying." The ringtone on Mike's phone is "As Long As We Got Each Other," the "Growing Pains" TV theme.
• During the packing sequence in the opening credits, a jacket is placed in a box. The jacket has the "Growing Pains" logo stitched on the back.
• Tracy Gold was pregnant in real life with her son Aiden.
