When Carol gets arrested after test driving Mike's car, Sydney Fineman represents Carol against Judge Herman in court. Judge Herman requested Mike be there to, due to all the unpaid parking tickets. Carol pleads not guilty and the Judge dismisses her case. And he buys Mike's car for $400.
