Employee of the Month[]
On Mike's first day of work at the World of Burgers he meets Terry - and it's only her second day of working there. Terry's ambition is to become employee of the month just like Joey Scavuglio. A month goes by and Terry is still nervous, scared that if she messes up again she'll get fired. When Scooter catches Terry's cash register draw open Mike takes the blame, and Mike gets fired. Terry comes to the Seavers house to collect Mike's burger uniform, and lets it slip that Mike got fired to his parents.
