Walter has been one of Jason's patients for 4 years. He tells Jason about a dream he's been having, about a hot girl telling him he has 'huge knees'. Ben and Carol over-hearing this news, stare at his knees when he fishes appointment, and he covers them with his jacket and quickly leaves the house.
A Christmas Story[]
Walter turns up at the Seavers house on Christmas Eve, dressed in a Santa costume, wanting to talk to Jason. His plans were to play Santa for the kids at the orphanage but he can't go through with it, thinking the children will hate him. Walter never having worked with children before, has a sack full of gifts that include; Ground beef and Tupperware. Jason suggest Walter get toys for the children instead, and he leaves happy. Later Walter comes back to the Seavers but Jason has gone out, so Walter climbs up on top the the Seavers house and threatens to commit suicide by diving down the chimney. Mike, Carol and Ben try to talk him down from the roof. When Jason and Maggie arrive home the kids tell them Walter is on the roof and Jason goes up on the roof to talk to him about why he wants to jump. Jason uses reverse psychology on Walter by saying he's going to jump down the chimney too. When Walter hears the whimpering of Ben's Christmas present, a puppy, it reminds him of the German Sheppard he used to have, that passed away 17 years earlier. Walter and Jason come down from the roof and Ben gives Walter the puppy. Walter names the puppy Nick, and Ben gets a puppy too, and names her Walter.Gallery []
