Wendy is a neighbour of the Seavers, who gets Mike to look after her dog while she is out of town. Wendy is not the brightest person, when Jason asks about her vacation she replies "First we went to Europe, and then we went to France". When Mike brings Stuart in, she doesn't notice it's a different dog. When it starts to rain and the dog begins to lose it's colour, Wendy brings it back to Mike claiming that 'this dog changes colour when he gets wet. Stuart would never do that". Mike eventually confesses that he lost Stuart and couldn't find him. Wendy admits her family went on vacation to get away from Stuart because "who could love Stuart". She loves the new dog and calls him Mikey-poo.
